APPOINTMENTS
We see patients on an appointment basis only, making every effort to honor all time commitments. If there is a need for urgent care, we will do our best to see you the same day that you call.

CANCELLATIONS
Your scheduled time is reserved for you alone. We request 48 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. There will be a charge for failed or frequently-cancelled appointments.

Take US-209E 8.9 miles to intersection with 901. Turn Left. Go 1 mile to Minersville.
