APPOINTMENTS
We see patients on an appointment basis only, making every effort to honor all time commitments. If there is a need for urgent care, we will do our best to see you the same day that you call.
CANCELLATIONS
Your scheduled time is reserved for you alone. If you need to cancel an appointment or know you will arrive late, please contact our office in advance. If you fail to contact us in the event of a cancellation or late arrival, we will charge you an administrative fee for the missed appointment. If you miss several appointments we may refuse to reschedule you.
